We will be reviewing how we dispatch within Australia on an ongoing basis as we learn and review the many alternatives to post within Australia. This page is as our policy is at the time of writing, and will be altered upon anything changing should better solutions come to hand.

OVERVIEW:
Our shipping policy has come about after a lot of consideration of all factors, and consideration of what all our customers let us know, and demand of us.

We charge out postage at cost, along with the fixed per order admin charge we have per order. In turn we reduced the mark up we otherwise would have charged to cover discounted postage, flat rate postage, or free shipping options that could have been used.

We feel our policy is the fairest option, and it allows people to manage and control the cost of postage to them by electing to buy only what they need, or stock up to maximise postage efficiencies and save in the long term.

ADMIN FEE:
There is a fixed level of admin costs on a per order basis. For each order there are a certain amount of pages that need to be printed out, a certain amount of time taken to check it off and print out, and to enter the amount of the deposit into our accounting software. As such when looking at how we pass on these costs, we have elected to pass it on as it results, and that is on a per order basis, rather than as a mark up on all our products. The current admin fee is $2 per order. This is not to cover all our admin costs per order to fill, it just covers the fixed per order costs we have on a per order basis.

PACKAGING:
All our orders are dispatched in cardboard cartons. The majority of these cartons are recycled from us having fabrics stored in them from after pre-cutting. The use of cartons is the only way we can guarantee to our customers that their product will be delivered to them in the best condition possible 100% of the time. Our policy to only pack in cartons is one of the main factors towards our achievements in delivering all orders to our customers right across the world without them being damaged in transit since 2007.

AUSTRALIA POST SATCHELS:
We offer Australia Post Satchels for postage with "NO LIABILITY" for those who desire a cheaper postage method. We take no responsibility for these orders in any shape or form after they have left our warehouse. We only offer them due to a few customers wanting to have the option and who desire to take on full liability for their package past our warehouse. We do not encourage or endorse our customers to use them.


Faulty, Defect, or Miss-Shipped Items If you have received the wrong product, or faulty goods, contact us via email, within 5 days of receipt of your order. We will liase with you to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.

Exchanges If you have changed your mind about your purchase, contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order to arrange an exchange. Items for exchange must be sent back in unused, unwashed, as delivered condition. Odds and ends cannot be exchanged. When returning an item for exchange, you will be asked to:
1- Place another order to the value of the exchange items or greater and pay the difference into our bank account. Credit of returned items shall be less $5 to cover restocking and processing fee. Original and re-shipping postage costs are the responsibility of the customer - no credit will be applied to shipping.
2- Send back the items you wish to exchange, identifying the new order you have placed, to apply credit to.
3- Upon receiving the returned items, and the balance being paid, exchanges will be shipped.
