You will select a payment option as you go through the checkout. If you select Direct Debit, the bank details will be given to you. If you select Paypal, you will be taken to Paypal linked to our site.
PAYPAL:
There is a 3% surcharge charged by Paypal, on all orders paid with paypal.
Please note that if you select Direct Debit as your payment option, then change your mind and manually go and pay via Paypal, we will not see your payment. In that instance you will need to email us to ensure that we go looking for it.
Because Paypal is linked in with our website, it automatically updates the status of the order from Pending, to "paypal paid", and we go in and print off those orders. If you selected "Direct Debit" then manually went and paid with paypal, it doesn't update your order so it remains pending until we know to go and look for your payment, and manually update the status.
We aim to ship the same day for orders placed and paid with paypal prior to 12-1pm.
DIRECT DEBIT:
You can pay via Direct Debit with phone or internet banking, or by walking into your nearest CBA branch.
